Refund and Returns Policy

At Myseabe Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective product, please email us at [email protected] for assistance. If your item meets any of the following conditions, contact us as soon as possible:

We will issue a refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:

  • The product is flawed or defective.
  • Design error: the product design does not match the description on our site.
  • The product details such as type or size differ from what was ordered.

What Should You Do?

For any refund request, you need to report the issue within 14 days of receiving your item. Please provide the following information via email to [email protected]:

  • Your order or invoice ID.
  • If you received the wrong or damaged item, please include a photo of the product.

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and funds should arrive within 2-3 business days.


Returns

If you receive the wrong or defective items, there is no need to return them to us. We will issue a refund within 2-3 business days after approval.

Please note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive the package, failure to collect the package).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, tracking system shows “delivered”, or items lost after delivery to your mailbox).
  • The item matches the description.

Cancellations

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to request a cancellation. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of the total order value) will be applied for cancellations.

After 24 hours, the item will go into production, and we will be unable to process any further cancellations.


Refunds

  • For PayPal payments: Refunds typically take 48 hours.
  • For Credit card payments: Refunds take 10-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size unless the wrong size was sent. For issues like printing errors or defective items, we will address them fully. Please contact us first, and we will guide you through the process. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.

Compensation (Points or Coupons)

  • 1-2 business days.

Repairs

  • 7-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
