1. Initially, we refrained from including USB wall chargers with our lamps, aligning with our commitment to environmental sustainability as the production of these plugs is not eco-friendly. However, recognizing that some customers may require these, we have decided to offer USB wall chargers for an additional cost. This allows customers to choose based on their needs while we continue to uphold our eco-friendly principles.
2. Our lamps are crafted from tree bark, a material selected for its durability and flexibility. Designed for longevity, the lamps are made slightly tighter at first. Over time, this ensures they naturally adjust to use, becoming even more aesthetically pleasing as they age.
