HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Placing an order is simple! Just select your desired charm or accessory on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the checkout steps to complete your order. Once processed, we’ll prepare your order and send you a notification when it’s on its way.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from Myseabe Store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system. In rare cases, orders may be delayed or lost in transit. If your tracking number hasn’t updated within a few days, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for further assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (for domestic orders) or 20 business days (for international orders), please get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to assist you and resolve any issues.
